40 year old underwent bilateral mastectomy with immediate breast reconstruction with tissue expanders and acellular dermis. She later had removal of the tissue expanders and placement of 400 cc smooth round moderate plus silicone implants. He bra size changed from 36A prior to surgery, to 36B after her reconstruction. She also underwent bilateral nipple and areola reconstruction for her final stage.

49 year old who had a lumpectomy with radiation of her right breast for breast cancer. She presented 12 years later for improvement in her breast contour, as the mastectomy side was much smaller and higher. She therefore underwent left breast reduction/lift for symmetry. A total of 625 grams was removed, making her much more symmetrical and allowing her to fit into a 38D bra.
