    A 30 year old woman, 5'6" and 139 lbs, had implant deflation on the right breast with capsular contracture on the left. There was also drooping of both breasts. She underwent removal and replacement of implants, with capsulotomy, circumareolar lift with placement of smooth round saline implants, 425 cc on the left and 400 cc on the right. She went from 34C to 34D.
